”Improve Your Intelligence and Create Change” is a 12-week workshop that teaches life management skills and is based on the idea that everyone seeks some type of satisfaction in life.

We all strive for some type of happiness: some from having more material possessions, some from gaining a meaningful relationship, some from being debt free, some from having better health or a better job – at least one that is more enjoyable and satisfying. Happiness is at the heart of our being.

Happiness is wonderful, but one thing that can cause life to feel dissatisfying is making poor decisions. Since the decisions we make today will influence either our present or future happiness, making bad or wrong decisions can prevent us from achieving happiness and success.

Sometimes we don’t have any control over life events, but we don’t have to give up trying to achieve happiness. Just think how much disappointment may come from giving up. Setting goals keeps us focused and on track so that giving up is less of an option. And yes, things happen while we are trying to achieve happiness. As John Lennon once said, "Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans."

The good news is that you can learn how to better manage your life by learning some new skills and knowledge.

The”Improve Your Intelligence and Create Change” workshop can be your first step in deciding that you want positive change to happen in your life. Maybe you’re tired of giving in to your circumstances or feeling you have no control over your future. We all know, deep down, that there is no pill for success, no mystical secrets, tricks, special formulas, or quick schemes that can fundamentally change your life. Only a small percentage of people have had success handed to them.

Do you measure and define success in terms of money? Not everyone can be a millionaire, but of those who are, some have had to work very hard to get there. Those people may seem to have everything, but many rich and famous people are unhappy with their lives. They are not immune to everyday problems, and they still experience loneliness, depression, health problems, relationship problems, and yes, even financial problems.

CREATING CHANGE THROUGH EFFECTIVE LIFE MANAGEMENT

It's no secret that three things are needed to build success or happiness. Happiness based on success isn't just handed to us: we have to find ways to make it happen. It’s up to us to create the success we want.
The three things you need for success are:

  • Dedication – the determination not to quit when times get tough.
  • Education – the foundation for improving intelligence and acquiring the knowledge necessary for creating success and making the changes needed to experience happiness.
  • Work – the ability to put in the effort and sometimes hard work to achieve your goal, whatever it is that you have identified that will bring you happiness or success. Work is how we use our knowledge for every day living and is what moves us forward. It is getting up each morning with the intention to move forward. Doing something each day helps you move ahead.
