Jill Maschio designed and developed the ”Improve Your Intelligence and Create Change: A Life Management Skills” workshop. Jill is the author of "When Your Mind Is Clear, the Sun Shines All the Time. A Workbook for Overcoming Depression."
From her own personal experience and struggle with depression, Jill learned a system of practical skills that enhanced her way of life. Because of her success and passion to help others, Jill wrote about the system that worked for her. The system can be used by others to help make their lives more manageable.
Jill believes that people can make changes in their life, to make it what it should be - happy. Some people just need a little direction and encouragement to get started. Therefore, this practical workshop can help facilitate personal growth through greater knowledge and understanding of the things in life that can best contribute to personal growth and enrichment.
Jill teaches skills that, when applied to everyday living, may become part of your lifestyle, as they did for her. Learning and using the skills daily, can not only change how you feel about your life now, but can also help you continue feeling good about your life. Jill’s greatest enjoyment comes from helping others learn these skills, which will aid them in the continuation of good decision making and the freedom to feel good about them self.
